Using two different investor models, we are ready to support recruiters with differing levels of experience. Dependent on their experience levels and what they’re looking for in their new business, SH Investment Group has multiple levels of support to offer.

Supply Hive Geographical Business Model

We currently have 2 ‘Supply Hive Geographical Businesses’ with a 3rd on the way. With this model, the new business will utilise the strong brand associated with Supply Hive, and also benefit from a paid salary from the group to cover the first 6 months of the new business. It’s a joint venture, part-owned by you and part owned by Supply Hive Group. This model is perfect for an ambitious senior recruiter or lower to mid-level manager who might still want/need the support from an experienced business partner and senior operator, for now and for the future.

New Business Investor & Advisor Model

This model is perfect if you’re looking for a minority business partner that can help you nail the new business setup in time for day 1. We’ll work with you on the continuous troubleshooting that any new business undertakes in the first couple of years, and if you just want someone that’s “been there, and done that!”, then that’s where we come in! For a small share in your new business, we can provide you with all the support you need to get going, sit with you on the board of directors and guide you through all the twists and turns that you’ll experience on your new venture! We can help with future access to funding, future financial decision making, and long-term succession planning.

What we do

We take care of all of the paperwork of the setup, including legal, financial and procedural. We set you up with our accountants, guide you through the legal registrations and all of the HMRC processes you need.

Once your new business starts, we’ll sit with you every step of the way as your ‘new business advisors’.

Everything you will experience is something we’ve already navigated and conquered - we’ll help you make the right decisions, at the right time!

Because we’ll take care of the ‘other stuff’, this gives you the time to focus on the fun stuff - like brand, strategy & visuals.

Arguably, the softer side of the launch process is just as important, if not more important than the procedural stuff!
